Shared Lounge, Bathroom and Kitchen, happy for individual to prepare their own meals or join in shared dinners, there’s usually some leftovers and it’s nice to share 😄 Secluded garden space where we often BBQ.

Looking for considerate, clean and tidy people, who are happy to integrate, everyone’s own space is equally valued. Recycling is a must and is very important to us as well as generally looking after the environment as best we can.

Extra storage space available in either garage or loft if needed.

Basic bills included: gas, elec, water, council tax.
Wifi available (good connection)
Contribution towards household supplies, eg. toilet paper is appreciated

(couples with few belongings could be a possibility)
