I am a live in landlord who is away half of the week, looking for tenants for a double attic room and a double front bedroom.

The house is a Victorian terrace in Stanley Downton (between Stonehouse and Leonard Stanley). It is in a quiet, pleasant area, a ten minute drive into Stroud and conveniently close to the M5.

The double attic room is on the top floor of the house, it is private and quiet with a good view.

The double front bedroom is on the first floor and is also quiet with a good view.

The house has a shared dining room and sitting room, as well as a garden and a patio area. Broadband included.

Relaxed and friendly but independent household.

Parking space in the lane opposite the property.
