Looking for a Professional Individual house share

Hello,

I am looking to rent my en-suite room in my beautiful home. I am looking for someone who is clean/hygienic (this is important), mindful and adaptable with me as a person.

Someone who is professional and working not home base all the time.

I am a traveller so away a lot so my home will be a mix of the person being alone or me being around so trust is everything to me.

I am open minded and what you see is what you get. Naturally a positive and out going person.

The room is medium size with a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, a small closet, carpet, private shower and toilet with sink.

My house is in the area of Longlevens down the road is Oxstalls Campus. City centre is 2 miles away.

You get a car parking space on the drive.
The area is neighbourhood watch and very quiet and peaceful.

Note: A lodgers contract will be drawn, deposit will be entered into the TDS scheme and references required from work and person. I will also check credit history (if any trouble arrives at my doorstep or my safety is compromised then the lodgers contract will be terminated with legal notice). No party animals or heavy drinkers apply and additional guests are not permitted to stay at any point. I am looking for a clean and decent person who looks after my property at my standard is a MUST.
