Property is located within five minutes walking distance of a supermarket, cinema, bowling alley, gyms and restaurants.

Bus stop at the end of the road on the 43 route, with a short walk to further routes in Cadbury Heath. Property is near a cycle path which leads to the main Bristol - Bath cycling route.

Property is shared only with myself. All bills are included although I don't have a TV licence so you'll need to get one if you want to watch live TV.

Queer lodgers preferred but being LGBTQIA+ friendly is vital. I am a transfemme enby currently studying to be an accountant. I like hiking and weird improv comedy and fantasy books and Nintendo games.
