Hi, I’m Tom and I’m looking for a new housemate to join our friendly three-bed home. I live here with Tommy (both 27), and we’ve been in the house since March 2023 when it was newly built.

The room available is a spacious double with its own en-suite, located on the first floor. The house also has a shared bathroom downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room, plenty of storage space, a patio garden, and parking available for you and guests.

Rent is £600 per month, with bills coming to around £120 each. So in total, it’s roughly £720 per month, including council tax (Band C), gas, electricity, and WiFi.

We also have a very friendly dog called Juno, so you’ll need to be happy living with a dog.

The house is in a great location near Bitton and Willsbridge Mill, perfect for countryside walks. There are excellent transport links too — a bus stop right outside, and Keynsham train station is just a 5-minute drive (or 30-minute walk), with trains reaching Bristol Temple Meads in 6–10 minutes. Bath is also easily accessible, around a 20–35 minute drive or a short train journey.

The room will be available from 22nd June.
