Hi, I’m Tommy and I’m looking for a new housemate to join our three-bed house. I live here with Tom (both 27 so looking for someone similar in age), and we’ve been in the house since March 2023 when it was newly built.
The room available is a spacious double with its own en-suite, located on the first floor. The house also has a shared bathroom downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room, plenty of storage space, a patio garden, and parking available for you and guests.
Rent is £600 per month, with bills coming to around £120 each. So in total, it’s roughly £720 per month, including council tax (Band C), gas, electricity, and WiFi.
We also have a very friendly Springer Spaniel called Juno. So if you don’t mind dogs, Lego dotted all around the house and lot of football on the TV then you could be a good fit. 🙂
The house is in a great location near Bitton and Willsbridge Mill, perfect for countryside walks. There are excellent transport links too - a bus stop right outside, and Keynsham train station is just a 5-minute drive (or 30-minute walk), with trains reaching Bristol Temple Meads in 6–10 minutes. Bath is also easily accessible, around a 20–35 minute drive or a short train journey.
The room will be available from 22nd June.
