Lovely Double Room in House Share with 1 other

Double-sized furnished room, overlooking the back garden and south facing. Shared kitchen, living room, cosy lounge with wood-burner, and shared bathroom upstairs. Nice gardens and lovely views.

House shared with just me, I'm friendly and easy-going. I'm quiet most of the time (in my office upstairs), I like my own space and I respect the space of others.
As I work mainly from home as a writer and Counseller / Life Coach, ideally I'm looking for someone in full-time work.

The house is in Stowfield, Lower Lydbrook, a very peaceful area and only a couple of minutes walk to the river Wye. It's 1 mile to Lydbrook village, 5 miles to Coleford & Cinderford, 7 miles to Ross-on-Wye and easy access to the A40.

I don't drink alcohol, but I don't mind if others do, I do smoke but only outside or in my office which doesn't affect the rest of the house.

With regard to pets, I would consider a cat.
