The home features a light double-aspect lounge with a wood burner, kitchen/breakfast room with utility area, conservatory, private bathroom for your won use, large gardens with countryside views, ample off-road parking and all bills included.

🚂 Location

Set in the charming village of Maisemore, just a short drive from Gloucester. Local shops, pubs, and amenities are nearby, with regular bus 351 services to Gloucester (~7–10 min) and easy car access to the A417, M5, Monmouth, and the Forest of Dean. Gloucester station provides trains to major cities including Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, and London.

A kind, friendly and reliable person who enjoys a peaceful home and who is also looking for companionship, would enjoy meals together some of the time and happy to share normal household tasks. A non smoker who ideally has no pets is preferred.
