Large double room available in our detached house on a quiet road. The room has an en-suite with shower, as well as space for your own living room & plenty of storage. It has its own door to the large back garden, will come fully furnished (excluding a TV) and decorated.

The sofa has been changed to a more premium L shaped sofa which has under seat storage and pulls out into a double bed.

This room has a commercial aircon unit and is very well insulated. You can set the temperature to any you like. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Superfast internet with your own router in the room.
The garage is attached to the house on a double brick wall. We have two doors (one soundproof) connecting the room to the kitchen so it’s nice and quiet for you.

There is off road parking for 3 vehicles as well as plenty of on road parking. It is a very quiet road with houses only on one side. We have a large kitchen with dining table which we will share, as well as a downstairs WC and utility room with washer and dryer.

There are 2 of us living in the house with our three friendly dogs. We are both working professionals.

£800 per month all in. We would require a months rent up front and £500 refundable deposit.
3 month minimum stay and then 1 month notice from then.
