Double room for rent

Hi,

I will have a double room available with access to a main shared bathroom. While it is shared no one uses the bathroom as we have our own. The bathroom only has a bath tub but there is a plan to install a shower at a later date. The room is located in a 4 bedroom property, so there is plenty of space. There is a shared lounge and kitchen. There is also a garage should you need to store anything. There will be parking available near the house but not on the drive due to their being one space, which will be occupied.

You would be living with me and my housemate. We are both sociable and looking for someone who can fit in with the dynamic. We are respectful of privacy but equally would like to live with someone who is comfortable interacting with us. We enjoy evenings out, nights in and enjoy sitting down to watch a movie. We do like to keep healthy and also go to the gym.

We are both professionals and equally looking for a respectful person, who is clean and tidy.

You must be comfortable around animals, as my housemate has a pet cat and I have two small dogs.

The room will come unfurnished but we can discuss it being furnished, just let me know.

This would be a nice small house share with plenty of space and the price does reflect this. I am not in a rush to find someone and will take time to pick the right person.
