Double room with private bathroom

Hi,

I will have a double room available with its own private bathroom. The room is located in a 4 bedroom property, so there is plenty of space. There is a shared lounge and kitchen. There is also a garage should you need to store anything. There will be parking available near the house but not on the drive due to their being one space, which will be occupied.

You would be living with me and my sister. We are both sociable and looking for someone who can fit in with the dynamic. We are respectful of privacy but equally would like to live with someone who is comfortable interacting with us. We enjoy evenings out, nights in and enjoy sitting down to watch a movie. We do like to keep healthy and also go to the gym.

We are both professionals and equally looking for a respectful person, who is clean and tidy.

I am willing to consider a pet for the right person. I am also open to people working from home so long as they have office time as well.

In addition to the rent, a contribution of £100 is required towards the utilities.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished, please just let me know.

Photos will be available at a later date but some model photos can be shared, to give an idea of the size and space.

This would be a nice small house share with plenty of space and the price does reflect this. Please note the room isn’t available until the end of June 2024. I am not in a rush to find someone and will take time to pick the right person.
