The house is located on a quiet dead-end road with plenty of parking and has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. I've rented a room out for the past five years and it's always worked really well, so I'm looking for someone who wants a peaceful and easy-going place to live.

About Me
I'm a mortgage adviser, fairly laid-back and easy to get on with. During the week I tend to keep things quiet as I have early starts and am usually winding down by around 9pm.
My partner stays over once or twice a week, but otherwise it's generally a calm, relaxed household.

Looking For
Someone clean, respectful and easy-going who is looking for more than just a room and would like a comfortable home environment.

The house offers plenty of personal space, and previous lodgers have stayed happily for years, which I'd like to think says a lot about the atmosphere here.
