Comfy room in friendly house share

Looking for someone mature and easy-going to share my house in Mitcheldean with. It's got a lovely friendly feel to it, gas central heating and hot water, little wood burners in the front and back rooms for cosy evenings, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room, dining room and kitchen. I work from home and have a nice peaceful routine during the week, so looking for someone who is like minded to share with.

About to redecorate the bedroom, so it will be available around end of March into April.
