Comfy room in friendly house share

Looking for someone mature and easy-going to share my house in Mitcheldean with. It's got a lovely friendly feel to it, gas central heating and hot water, little wood burners in the front and back rooms for cosy evenings, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (you'd have your own private toilet and shower room), sitting room, dining room and kitchen, and lots of storage in garage and workshop. The garden can provide lots of flowers and veggies too! I work full time (from home at the moment) so looking for someone who's happy to keep it pretty mellow during the week, but who is equally comfortable with friends visiting for food and drinks occassionally at weekends.

Given the volatility of energy prices at present, I have set the rent at £375/month, not including energy bills, but it does include council tax and water. I have a smart meter so we can see what is being used each month and split.

About to redecorate the bedroom, so available around New Year.
