The room is the master bedroom in a new (built 2017) 5-bedroom, 2700 sq ft Cotswold stone detached family home in Moreton-in-Marsh. MIM is 30 minutes from Oxford station by train.

The room is furnished, en-suite and has a large, walk-in closet. Kitchen, lounge and TV room are shared. The rent includes all bills. We are a carnivorous (but not desperately so) household.

I own the home and live here with my two children (10 - F, 11 - M) of whom I have custody every other week. The week when I don't have my kids I tend to travel so you would have sole occupancy for much of the time.

There is a full gym in the garage, cleaner every week, Miele appliances, large garden with pizza oven and terraces, and the 5th bedroom can easily be turned into a separate office if you work from home.
