Double Bedroom in two floor flat

Looking for a FEMALE flatmate!!!!

I currently rent a two double bed, two floor flat in the centre of Nailsworth & sadly my previous flatmate moved back home & I've realised my life would be a lot less stressful finically if I shared the costs with someone again as I work for myself....
Max £440pm (inc bills/council tax)

The agents admin fees are £300+VAT (You do NOT therefore have to pay a deposit as well as)

I'm 29 year old, I have a cat who is mainly an inside cat.
I go to dance class twice a week in Bristol, I was living there for two years & commuting out but I have a shop, which is beneath the flat here in Nailsworth, so I'm here 6 days a week a lot of the time & the commute was driving me mad, although I really miss it there.
I like nights in with a movie but equally enjoy going out, dancing, long walks in the local stunning countryside in the evenings or at the weekends.....

There is a little courtyard garden I've tried to make the best out of & it is lovely to sit in during the day or evening. The first floor comprises of a decent sized although fairly dated kitchen, a large sitting room with small wood burning stove & the second floor comprises of two double sized bedrooms & a very decent sized bathroom with bath & shower over the bath. The bedroom I am looking to fill has a fairly unused double bed, two side tables, a free standing cupboard & chest of draws.

I would be looking for someone who can appreciate that this is my home & everything within the flat belongs to me so the person needs to therefore be caring & respectful. Someone who is happy to socialise but also agrees with personal space/time.... & is obviously happy to live with a cat.
