Description
I am looking for a third person to share my tidy, bright and spacious house with.
Community space - Kitchen is always under control and there is hardly ever washing up to be done. Living room TV tends to be switched off, as busy with family, children, friends, courses and other outside activities.
I have a friend who also shares my home and sometimes we have dinner, sometimes we eat alone, and sometimes we even go out to eat! We share the housework and the it's well looked after and managed.
At present we are both working from home and there is enough room in the kitchen to be comfortable during the daytime, or to work from if needs be.
Living space - There are two living rooms, one for my friend (12x12 ft), who works, meditates and exercises in this space.
The bigger living room (15x12 ft) has the tv and big comfy sofa etc. I work in here from 9-5 Mon-Fri, occasionally going to Bristol for work. I spent every other weekend with my boyfriend.
My friend is away for 6 weeks over the summer and the house will only have me living here.
We want someone who can fit into our calm and quiet lifestyle, just do the hoovering if needed, pick up a duster and generally pick-up after themselves, being respectful, kind and open-hearted.
Smoking can be accommodated on the terrace, but not in the house.
I cannot live with cats and dogs as sensitive.

The Bedroom - is approximately 11ft x 6ft.
Furniture - The room has a small, very comfortable, double bed (140cm wide), with a clothes rail, chest of drawers, large mirror. The room is painted white with thermal lined curtains, it's cosy and comfortable, but not luxurious. There is some storage in the loft but this room does not have masses of storage space.
Bathroom - is large, shared, with a big bath, and good shower.
Kitchen - Is a large eat in socialable space, with the usual modern conveniences (dishwasher etc). I have no drier but the washing line and warm plant room, are really excellent for drying the washing.
Heating - I keep the temperature at approx 15 degrees in the summer, so all but turned off and turn it up to 17 degrees in the winter. I am trying to keep the heating costs reasonable, but this is not an overheated house.
References - Ideally you will need to provide work references and all that stuff.
