Double room & office/studio in second floor flat

Spare double room to rent in my centre of Nailsworth flat. I am also offering the mezzanine, overlooking the living space, which would make a great office/studio. The two rooms come part furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk and chair but all can be removed if not wanted.
The living/dining area, kitchen and bathroom are all shared.
There is no private parking but there is usually plenty of on-street parking nearby.
You would be sharing with my bearded dragon and two indoor cats, as well as myself. I am very respectful of personal space but can’t say the same for my cats so you would ideally be an animal lover. Even better if you're willing to help out with looking after them when I'm away.
I work full time office hours, am very tidy and quite introverted so rarely entertain guests.
We have a neighbour living in the flat below us.
Council tax and all utilities included.
