I have a nice size double room to rent on the ground floor of a 3 bedroom house in the centre of Nailsworth. You will be sharing with myself, 1other male lodger.

The room has joint use of bathroom, kitchen (own cupboard), living room, downstairs cloakroom & large South facing garden.

I'm looking for a reliable professional, non smoker who's clean and tidy.

Rent is £500.00 per calendar month (all bills included) due on the 1st of each month. Minimum of 6 months stay. Available from 1st July.

2 references required. 1 being from current employer.

First months rent and deposit of £500.00 due before occupancy.
