Currently there is no bed , but depending on what is required, a bed can be supplied .
Previously there has been a bed settee, a double, or a trundle bed.
All bills will be included.
Although I do not live at the property, my son and his family live in the main house. They have a lovely black Labrador, but she uses the back garden, so you won’t be disturbed if you don’t like dogs.
You can have use of the side garden if you would like an outside space..
There is usually plenty of off road parking.
Monday to Friday let considered, preferably working outside of the home.
I don’t allow smoking inside the property, but the garden is available.
I would like references, and it would be helpful to have a video or phone call, to talk through any finer details and ascertain whether it’s a good fit for us both.
The photos are from a previous add, so the inside will be slightly different, but the kitchenette/ bathroom remain the same , and of course it will be freshly decorated with laminate flooring in the main space, and new flooring in the bathroom
Nailsworth is a thriving market town, with lots of fabulous cafes, lovely shops, and a monthly market. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town
