Modern private house in Forest Green, Nailsworth

Well kept modern end terraced house in Carter's Way at Forest Green with private drive and well kept gardens. Nice quiet area with two cats in the household. Includes Wifi and Sky TV in all rooms. The lounge, kitchen, garden room and bathrooms are all shared with priority for the landlord.
You can have a guest stopover but only for a maximum of two nights in any seven and must share your own room. The room has wardrobe and cupboard storage with a front facing window view. Comes with wall mounted TV and SkyQ. Smoking is only permitted outside the house, there is covered areas to the back and side of the house. There is also a Sauna and Hot tub and these can only be used with my permission. I'm looking for someone who likes to keep themselves to themselves and is in full time education or employment. I make a good friend and often like the company anyway.
