Double room to let Forest Green, Nailsworth

2 bedroom semi detached house in Forest Green, i am renting my second double bedroom with the full use of the kitchen and both w/cs, bathroom, lounge and garden. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers, duvet, bedding and a 32" colour TV. There is also a car parking space right outside the house. This is a non smoking household but smokers are more than welcome, but they will be required to smoke outside. Thanks...
