We have the ground floor of our 3 storey house to let. The space consists of a comfortable private sitting room with tv, and a sofa bed. A double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a shower and separate toilet. There is a kitchenette area with bar style seating, a fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster and a washing machine. No cooker but we can discuss using our kitchen upstairs.
