Cotswold room to let

Female preferred please. This is because I have my daughter come to stay in school holidays and the terms of the arrangement is that I have female lodgers only. My arrangement does not affect the lodger, you won't even know my daughter is here.

A room with a single bed, small TV and work station in a lovely cottage in the Cotswold town of Northleach. Close to rail and bus links, Cirencester and Cheltenham as well as Oxford within easy reach.

All bills included including Internet.

You will have free reign of the house and gardens, my house is your house.

Room consists of single bed, TV, linen, work station ie desk and chair.

Shared bathroom, shared living room and shared kitchen.

Im away most weekends and you will have the house to yourself.

I do not expect you to live in the room, I'm happy to share my house with you.

Further storage space is available if required.

An easy going professional would be very welcome.
