Double room in two bedroom house

I’m looking for a employed house mate to share my two bedroom house that’s easy going. I’m a 35 year old female, I’m in and out the house, my friends come over, it’s a very relaxed household. Can share the lounge and can keep the room furnished or empty it. I want someone that’s easy to get along most importantly. I’ve not shared my house before so will be a new experience.
