Lovely light & spacious ensuite room

My beautiful contemporary home is centrally located in the stunning village of Painswick. Perfectly located between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud. There is bus stop right outside the house which also has direct access straight on to the A46. (The M5 and A417 is approx. 10 minutes away).

The village centre is a short walk away and has a great pub and well stocked village shop and if you love the great outdoors we are not far from the Cotswold Way and Painswick Beacon.

The house is light and airy and finished to a high spec with open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. It also has a large driveway for parking, open garden and covered patio. Secure Entrance is via a private electric gate.

The accommodation comprises of a spacious double room with fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room & toilet. The best shower ever! The room is located on the ground floor and is nice and private. The room can accommodate a double bed and a small desk if required.

I am a professional project manager and live here with my two dogs whilst my husband is working away during the week. I love my daily practice of yoga and meditation, so the house tends to be quiet and calm. (Mostly).

Ideally I would like someone sociable who also values quiet time. I love cooking so always happy to prepare a meal over a glass of wine and chat about the day. I have two dogs so preferably a dog lover. I tend to work from home most days so ideally would like someone who is out during the day but this is not essential.
