Double ensuite room to rent in heart of Painswick

A bright double en-suite room is available to rent in a flat located in the heart of Painswick, right next to the Royal Oak pub and above a shop. The flat is shared with a 25-year-old working professional. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, fast Wi-Fi, and all bills included in the rent. There’s also a large roof terrace — perfect for summer use (currently unfurnished).

The room is currently set up as a home office with a small double bed along with a chest of drawers. Any items of furniture can be removed to storage on request, or rearranged to your preference. The private en-suite includes a shower, toilet and sink. The flat is best suited to a young, busy professional with a regular work schedule. I work Monday-Friday and am out the door by 7am so go to bed early therefore it’s not suitable for night shift workers or those with antisocial hours.

Rent is £600 per month with no deposit required, and the room is available from 1st July (or sooner if required). Ideally looking for someone short term (3–6 months), but I’m flexible for the right person. Parking in the area is limited but I always manage to find a space nearby.
