Hello, I have a brand new two bed apartment available to rent starting anytime from now. I am a young professional, working in the Engineering Sector.

I have a (surprisingly keen) interest in running, and enjoy cooking, reading, music and socialising (except for clubbing!). I am a tidy considerate housemate, and I am looking for a like - minded easy going lodger.

The apartment is in the Charlton Hayes Estate, about a 15 min walk from Rolls - Royce & 20 min walk from Airbus. It is local to Patchway train station as well as the Cribbs Causeway complex and bus stations. There are shops local to the area, Lidl is across the road.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. All bills are included in the rent.
