It’s on a frequent bus route, there is plenty of space for parking and there is side access to the garden where bikes can be stored in the shed.

The house is a new build with a well fitted kitchen (integrated fridge freezer, washing machine), a second fridge, garden, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 1 en suite, 2 large doubles and 1 modest double. All are furnished and have memory foam topped mattresses.

The room available at the moment is the largest double room, furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and bedside tables.
All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, internet (fibre), tv licence). This is key given the cost of energy!
