The location is ideal for Cribbs Causeway, MOD, Rolls Royce, GKN, BAE and Airbus. It’s on a frequent bus route, there is plenty of space for parking and there is side access to the garden where bikes can be stored in the shed.

The house has a well fitted kitchen with an integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, a second fridge, brand new Oven and New induction hob, garden, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 1 en suite, 2 large doubles and 1 modest double. All are furnished and have memory foam topped mattresses.

The room available at the moment is the en suite room, furnished with a double bed, a full wall of built in wardrobes and bedside tables.
All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, internet (fibre), tv licence). This is key given the cost of energy!

There will be one month’s deposit required in advance.
