Location is ideal for Cribbs Causeway, MOD, Rolls Royce, GKN, BAE and Airbus. It’s on a frequent bus route, there is plenty of space for parking and there is side access to the garden where bikes can be stored in the shed.

The house is a new build with a well fitted kitchen (integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and most importantly dishwasher!) a second fridge, garden, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 1 en suite, 2 large doubles and 1 modest double. All are furnished and have memory foam topped mattresses.

The room available at the moment is the en suite room, furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and an entire wall of built in wardrobes, so there is plenty of storage space!

All bills are included (council tax, gas, electric, water, internet (fibre), tv licence). This is key given the cost of energy!

There will be one month’s deposit required in advance.
