The house is a 4 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet road. House is well equipped, well maintained, clean and tidy. There is a pleasant south facing rear garden that is tended to on a regular basis

There is a large lounge diner with tv and wifi. There is also a conservatory and room which can be used as a drying room on those wet days!

The property also benefits from a fortnightly communal cleaner and gardener.

We are looking for professionals who are clean, tidy and considerate and enjoy the company of others but respectful of others when they need their 'own space'. You must be a non smoker. No smoking permitted anywhere on the property. Thank you.
