We have a room available in this lovely spacious house situated within walking distance to the Mall at Cribbs, and within easy distance to Airbus, Aztec West and the M5 for access to Avonmouth. The rooms are available on a flexibly weekly let.

• The house boasts huge spacious communal areas, with a large open plan lounge / diner, which leads into a cosy conservatory area over looking the garden.
• Beautiful garden area, perfect for socialising in the summer months.
• Great sized, well-equipped kitchen, full stocked with all you would need to prepare your meals. There is also a separate utility room, with a washer and dryer.
• Two shared shower rooms, both on the first floor and a separate downstairs toilet.
• Our live in house manager deep cleans the house each week as well as daily cleans, making sure the areas are clean, tidy and comfortable.
• The house has fast internet for those that are currently working from home.
• Plenty of on street parking around the property and you are within walking distance to Patchway rail station, with links to the bigger stations such as parkway and temple meads.
• Minimum 1 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
