We are looking for someone new to join our house as our fourth roommate is moving out.

We are 2 girls and one guy aged 25-27 and all employed full time (an engineer, software developer and nature conservationist). House activities have included: Sunday film nights, board games, switch games and making tiny clay figures. A couple of us go bouldering every week. We're looking for someone like-minded and preferably a non-smoker.

The house includes a driveway, 2 living rooms, garden, utility room with extra sink, storage room, office we sometimes WFH and 2 shared bathrooms (shared between 3 people as one room has an en-suite).

The bedroom comes with a double bed, mattress and large storage unit.
