Hello, my name is Jazz and I am live-in landlord looking to rent out the second double bedroom in my flat.

I am looking for a female professional who is tidy, considerate and looking for a social and friendly home.

About the flat:

The flat is fully furnished and consists of two bedrooms, a main bathroom, an ensuite (which is in my room), a large open plan kitchen/ lounge and a balcony.

The room has been recently painted and is fully furnished with a double bed, a brand new mattress, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.

The bathroom shown in the photos is the main bathroom, which you'll have access to. This bathroom has been recently renovated.

There is plenty of street parking which is close to the flat which you will be able to use, and you will also have access to a bike storage shed.

The rent is £850 per month, and includes all bills (Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Netflix, TV license and WiFi).

About me:
I am 20 year old professional, who works from home 2 days a week and works in office for the other 3 days. I moved to Bristol from Devon around a year ago and have loved my time in Bristol so far. I love running and going to the gym, being out with my friends and finding good brunch spots. I would love to have a flatmate that I can socialise with and make friends with, but equally have our own down time too. I really value a tidy and clean space in shared areas.
