Room Available – Contract Takeover Until September

I’m looking for someone to take over my contract until September 2026 in a friendly all-female house share.

The house currently has 6 female tenants (including me). It’s a relaxed and welcoming home, with a mix of university students and working professionals.

Walking distance to Cribbs Causeway Mall
Excellent transport links to Bristol city centre
75 and M1 bus stops are just a few minutes’ walk from the house

💡 Bills
Bills are not included, but as they are shared between 6 people, they usually come to under £40 per month
Often lower during the summer months

💷 Deposit
No deposit required, as I have already paid the deposit for the 2025/26 period
This would suit a female student or professional looking for a friendly, well-located house with great transport links.
