26 Over Drive, Patchway Student House

​We are three friendly University of Bristol students (two on placement) looking for a clean, responsible full-time student to join our spacious four-bedroom home in Patchway. The property features four double bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a comfortable shared living space, a private garden, and off-street parking. We are conveniently located for a 30-minute bus ride to UWE Frenchay or a manageable commute to UoB via the M1 MetroBus and Patchway Train Station (25-minute walk). Rent is £650 PCM as smaller room and includes high-speed WiFi, with other utility bills split equally among the four of us. Because two of us are on placement, the house will be relatively quiet during the week, making it a great environment for both relaxing and focused study.
