Single room in all-girls house

Single room available in all-girls house available in Patchway (BS34)! Great links to UWE and the city centre, and a walkable distance to Cribbs Causeway. Bills excluded (except Internet paid by landlord), but can be averaged out to £40 a month.
Room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, drawer, desk and sink. House has a shared living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, off-road parking, shed and 2 baths (I've attatched the image of the bathroom you will be sharing with 2 of the other girls.
We are a mix of professionals and students in our 20s. We're tidy and friendly, enjoying movie nights in as well as pub nights together. If you're interested or need more info, do drop a message here or on insta
