Student accommodation tenancy takeover at The Propeller Quarter in Bristol. The room is a 4 bed ensuit.

I am urgently looking for someone to take over my student accommodation tenancy at The Propeller Quarter for the 2026/27 academic year. Plans changed, and I will need someone else to take over.

The kitchen is shared with four other residents, and the rent covers all additional bills (electric, water, Wi-Fi etc). On site facilities include a gym, Bike Storage, Communal Dining Room, Cinema Lounge, Meeting Room, Yoga Area, Music Room, and more.

Important: The replacement tenant will need to be accepted by The Propeller Quarter/management before the transfer can be completed.
