I have a double room to let for Mon to Friday use only.
Suitable for people needing weekdays only such as contractors etc.

1 x decent sized, furnished, double room with double bed, triple wardrobe, drawers and dressing table etc. to let in 3 bed semi detached house in the lovely, quiet, semi-rural part of Prestbury.
Includes wifi and bills. Bedding provided.
Bring your own towels.
Parking space available.

Essential to be okay with animals, I have 2 small dogs and 2 kitties. I welcome all faiths and cultures. I am a 50 year old Project Manager working from home. I am very chilled and relaxed, friendly and sociable. More of a quiet, chilled, professional working household though. (No wild parties here :)


Shared living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Upstairs family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

The house is on a bus route - Noverton bus (N) to town, takes 15 minutes. 2 miles from the centre of Cheltenham.
Parking space available.

This is a non smoking, quiet household.

Mon-Fri let only.

I'm very respectful of people's space and privacy. My last lodger was with me for two and a half years and it worked well. Good communication is key.

Need to be very clean, tidy and considerate.
