Double bedroom in Prestbury

Double bedroom in semi-detached house in Prestbury, Cheltenham.

The bedroom is unfurnished.

There is a choice of two rooms.
A double over looking the garden with triple built in wardrobe.
Or
Larger double to front of the house with no built in storage.

This is my home with my 10 year old daughter, so you must get on with children!

You would share our main family bathroom as we only have one bathroom upstairs. We do have a downstairs utility room with additional WC.

Property has space on the driveway for three cars (I use one space).

Looking for an easy going, friendly, professional, with an understanding of children. I would like someone who is sociable so that we can perhaps have a chat over dinner/ drink on occasion, but also respects our privacy when we want it.

We are on the N bus route which goes in to the town Centre, or you can drive in within 10 mins.

The village of Prestbury has locals pubs & shops - all walking distance to the house.
