The monthly rental of £700.00 is fully inclusive of heating, hot water, electricity, council tax, WiFi, TV licence and your own car parking space
We retain the right to charge extra for excessive Electricity usage.
There is a separate Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle together with a washing machine.
The flat is located in a very quiet area of Prestbury and is ideal for a person wanting to complete their studies etc. There is also a safe covered place to store a bicycle.
