Room to rent in a small private 3 bed house,

Choice of double with on-suite or single, whichever suits you I will have the other room.
There are 2 ladies living here, we only want another female, not male.
We both work, one works with animals and I teach. We both work full time.
I am English and the other lady is from Bulgaria.

All rooms are shared and you treat as your own (not as rented) :)
This is a lovely and clean 3 bed house, large back garden, plenty of parking plus we have a drive and garage.
Fully furnished, with broadband, sky, washer/dryer/dishwasher,
I have a small dog (multipool so no shedding) very good temperament and she comes to work with me everyday and travels away with me every weekend.
