Single roon in exceptionally clean modern home

I live within access to public transport, local supermarket and shops and minutes from M5 North / South. I am looking for a professional in full time employment Monday to Friday vacancy only. Short term or week by week considered. You will have own desk in room and share the kitchen and bathroom with access to your own living room. You will be expected to clean up and put away after yourself. This room comes with an allocated parking space outside my garage. I am a professional, very freindly, welcoming, approachable and trustworthy.
