Furnished double bedroom in modern house

Good size double bedroom available from 7th of September. The room has recently been redecorated and is fully furnished with a bed, including a brand new mattress, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a clothes rail. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and there is also a separate toilet. The property is modern and spacious and on street parking is available. I’m looking for a likeminded professional to share my home. I work shifts and also have my 4 year old son overnight twice a week.
