XLarge double room in a lovely house.

1928 Semi, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 4 toilets, off road parking, secure bike storage. This is a home not a boarding house. You must be a decent human being to live here. There are 3 tenants currently, Sam 40 something Chez 40 something and her dog and Andrew 40 something. We don't care what shade of grey you are or who you sleep with, we only care that you fit in and are honest and at least vaguely interesting.
This room is downstairs, large double for single let only, no couples as it creates imbalance in the house. You may see Priv too but she doesn't live in the house.
We are in a very convenient location, we have everything on our doorstep, 3 supermarkets, half a dozen takeaways, MATALAN three doctors surgeries, a dentist, pharmacy plus lots more, number 12 bus is literally outside the door for the 15 minute ride to Gloucester. Canal is 300 metres away and it takes 45 minutes to walk to town.

You need to be working, civilised and considerate, everything is available here, crockery cutlery, laundry facilities, wifi, every room has a TV antenna connection.
