Large downstairs room to let, There are 4 toilets in the house three showers and a bath. This is a beautiful house, not a typical rental property.

The room is double for one person only, no smokers, there is parking off road and secure bike storage, a bus stop is literally outside the door. We are 200 metres from the canal, it is a 40 minute walk into town (Gloucester). We are walking distance, to two pharmacies, three surgeries, Matalan, Tesco, Postoffice, dentist, two chip shops, a Chinese takeaway, and Indian takeaway and a restaurant, Pizza, optician, hairdresser...even a funeral directors.

You need to be working, civilised and considerate, everything is available here, crockery cutlery, laundry facilities, wifi, every room has a TV antenna connection.

Honesty is a must, there are currently two people here, one of 61 and one of 46, we are a quiet house.
