Bedroom is furnished with double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of draws and arm chair. There is a large (3 sliding doors) built in wardrobe and additional ceiling height shelved storage cupboard. Bedding to be provided by tenant.

The room is south facing and looks over the garden. The window is not overlooked by any surrounding properties.

The bedroom is next to the main bathroom which includes an overhead shower. This bathroom is shared with one other flat mate for part of the week.

The house is located 4 minutes from J12 of the M5, walking distance from Gloucester park and ride, doctor/pharmacy and Tesco Express.

I am a 29 yr old professional female working in Gloucester and am looking for a professional female aged 20-35 to rent this room. I live at the property on a part time basis so am often not around.

The property has 3 bedrooms in total, another of which is also currently available to rent on a separate ad.

No pets, no smokers.

Available from 27th August but I am flexible on start date. All bills included, including wifi, for £550/month. (Council tax band C although all bills are included).
