The house is located 4 minutes from J12 of the M5, walking distance from Gloucester park and ride, doctor/pharmacy and Tesco Express.

I am a 29 yr old professional female working in Gloucester and am looking for a professional female aged 20-35 to rent this room. I live at the property on a part time basis so am often not around.

The property has 3 bedrooms in total, another of which is also currently available to rent on a separate ad.

No pets, no smokers.

Available from 27th August but I am flexible on start date. All bills included, including wifi, for £650/month.. (Council tax band C although bills are included.)
