Double room in ecohouse, short-term

I'm renting out a room in my detached bungalow on a short term basis (my old lodger is likely to return). Bills included.

A large double room. Mini fridge, coffee machine, kettle and TV in room (HDMI cable for laptop - no TV licence). Fast broadband.

Shared bathroom. It is a small 2 bedroom bungalow so not suitable for pets, children, or a couple who are there a lot.

Sharing with me, Helen, 52, care trainer. I don't have a set routine and am often out, but sometimes work from home and in maybe 3 evenings a week.

Fully retrofitted bungalow with 30cm of insulation on all sides and triple glazing so very warm and quiet. Comfortable all year round.

Large lounge with modern kitchen, all the mod cons, plant-filled conservatory, nice garden, fire,. Off street parking - negotiable.

Quiet, friendly, safe cul-de-sac in Rodborough, 12-15 minutes’ walk to the town centre, 2 mins to bike path and 5 mins to canal.

There's sometimes a sociable vibe in the house, sometimes I don't want to chat. Usual stuff.

I reckon I'm a good person to share with. Generous and flexible with the right person. e. g. what furniture you need or evenings with the lounge to yourself. Having been both a lodger and a landlady, I'm realistic that both can be both lovely and also not always easy. Honest communication is really important, but partly a personality combo type thing.
