Ecohouse. Double room. Door onto garden

Eco house available (full retrofit - highly insulated) for January, February and March.

Am renting out a room in my detached bungalow. Sharing with me, Helen, 51, care trainer. The room is available soon or anytime in January, preferably 3 months (I am away for the whole of February).

Quiet, friendly, safe cul-de-sac in Rodborough, 12-15 minutes’ walk to the town centre, 2 mins to bike path and 5 mins to canal.

A large double room, TV in room and HDMI cable for laptop (no TV licence), mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle in room. Shared bathroom when I am around. It is a small 2 bedroom bungalow so not suitable for a couple, pets or kids.

Large lounge with nice gas fire, modern kitchen, all the mod cons, plant-filled conservatory, garden. Off street parking, negotiable when I am around, and always some off road parking.

I reckon I'm a good person to share with. Generous and flexible with the right person. e. g. what furniture you need or evenings with the lounge to yourself.

Bills all included. 30cm of insulation on all sides so very warm, triple glazing etc. Comfortable all year round and quiet. Super fast broadband.

Sociable vibe in the house but quiet too as I'm out a lot. Just me and occasionally my boyfriend or friends visiting etc. But complete privacy for February.
