Double room with fantastic view, Rodborough

Double spare room to let in my house. This isn’t a house share.
One cat.
Two bathrooms between 3 of us (including you and the other person living here).
I don’t use the upstairs at all (except for access to loft and occasional bath), so you and the other lodger share that.
Most often have creatives or circus people living here.
Prefer you not to work from home.
We have super fast fibre broadband.
Parking on the road but lots of it.
Room has bed that can be used as single, double or sofa (daybed). I’m away for at least a weekend a month, but I’m a full time student so I’m mostly around in the weeks. And I do some work from home too.
Open minded and welcoming house, though we don’t tend to be sociable together.
Location is 👌🏻, 7 minutes run to train station, canal and river 3 mins walk away. Town a short walk. The common a short walk. And The Prince Albert pub up the road.
