Double room available in friendly family eco-house

Large sized double room with en-suite shower room available from Monday, 17th June in modern eco-friendly family house. Room is approximately 4 meters square, not including the fitted wardrobe and shower room (with basin and toilet). Super-king sized bed with orthopaedic mattress. House is well insulated and is heated using underfloor heating and a log-burner. The house is located down a small lane and in a quiet area close to Rodborough common. Approximately 15 minutes walk to Stroud Railway and bus Stations as well as central Stroud itself. There is adjacent off-street parking for one car and there is also storage for a bicycle, if needed. Large private garden space suitable for yoga or meditation. Large, well equipped shared kitchen with gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Ample storage in a shared fridge, freezer plus your own cupboard space for dry goods. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and weather independent drying area. High speed wi-fi is available throughout most of the house. Single occupancy only.

Tea, coffee and some other drink preparation materials are included. Shared living room area with large TV (inc. Amazon prime and Apple TV+).

You will be sharing the house with a family of four.
