Double room with views in beautiful location

The house is a 10 min drive from the town centre, but feels remote. Part 17th C cottage, part timber frame with huge windows and wonderful views. 43 year old single woman looking for someone who loves dogs, a glass of wine or two (six!) and if you’re green-fingered then all the better! I have a large, rambling garden which I am trying to tame, and grow veggies. Must love dogs as I have two.
The house is in the woods, so if you’re a lumberjack it is perfect. Rodborough common is just behind the house. There are lots of steps down to the house, and you need to have a car to live here. I work as a chef, so get home fairly late most nights. I love a party, occasionally, but also plenty of lounging around watching TV. There are two living rooms, one with a TV, and one with views! There is also a beautiful roundhouse in the garden, with log burner and electricity. If you work from home or need studio space, it’s all yours for an extra £100 per month.
Generally a quiet and peaceful household, but always up for a bit of fun. You must be kind, considerate and clean.
No smoking inside, but ok outside.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
