Double room for single professional & Cat-lover

I have a small double room available in my centrally placed house in Stroud. Ideally, this would suit a professional looking for short term Mon-Friday accommodation, though I would consider 7 days a week for the right person.
I'm working away during the week, so although the room isn't huge, a lot of the time you would have the house to yourself.
I will want peace, quiet, tidy, etc at weekends though!
The house is on the market so it will only be available for three or four months. It might suit someone who is on contract, or looking to move into the area. The Estate agent will be bringing buyers round so my tenant needs to be tidy!
Most important you must be a cat lover and be prepared to love and adore my small brown cat in my absence.
